Les Schwab Tire Centers Privacy Values and Policy

This Policy is provided to help you understand how we protect your privacy. This Policy provides you with an opportunity to understand the way we manage your personal information. This Policy is provided to you jointly by all the Les Schwab Tire Center corporations listed at the end of this Policy. Les Schwab Tire Centers is comprised of several affiliate companies, all in the business of serving our customers' tire needs.

- Responsible use of information is beneficial. Information is important for meeting your needs and providing consistent quality in our service to you. 

- Information flow and privacy are a balance. We must meet expectations for privacy while still managing information to conduct our business and serve you. Information must be shared to fulfill your requests, deliver products and services and administer and update accounts.
           

Policy
We have one Privacy Policy. Les Schwab Tire Centers has one privacy policy that applies to all of the members of the Les Schwab Tire Centers family. One Privacy Policy makes it easy to understand and convenient for people to make informed choices about the management of their personal information.

Information covered by this Policy. Our Policy applies to all personally identifiable information about you that is obtained by Les Schwab or LesSchwab.com in connection with providing consumer products or services for personal, family or household purposes ("personal information”). Our Policy will continue to cover information we may collect about you during the course of our relationship as well as after the relationship has ended.

How we collect personal information. We rely on many sources of information to understand and meet your needs.  We collect personal information about you from:
- Information you voluntarily provide as “Contact Information” via our website at www.LesSchwab.com.
- Information you voluntarily provide on surveys or requests for information.
- Your credit application (or other information you give us) when you visit us in person, over the phone and through the mail
- Your transactions with any of the Les Schwab companies; Consumer reporting agencies; and Other sources, in connection with providing you a financial product or service.

How we use personal information. We may use your Contact Information and Personal Nonpublic Information to service your accounts with us, to communicate with you about your accounts, to obtain your views on the quality of our services, and to bring to your attention new products and services that we offer. We may also use Contact Information from time to time to offer you promotional opportunities. If you do not wish to receive communications about new products or services, you may “opt out” by updating your Personal Profile at www.LesSchwab.com. 

How we keep personal information secure. Information security is one of our highest priorities. This priority is emphasized by employee training, an internal information handling policy, this Privacy Policy and the agreements that we may sign with external suppliers.  Employees who violate our policies regarding privacy are subject to discipline action and our suppliers are bound to maintain privacy under the terms of our agreements with them.  We safeguard information by regularly reviewing security standards to guard against unauthorized access to personal information. We limit access to personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect your information.

Information Shared Within the Les Schwab Family. We may share personal information among companies within the Les Schwab family. The types of companies within the Les Schwab family that may receive personal information include our corporate office, our tire centers and our warehouse distribution centers.

Other information sharing. We may also share personal information about you with companies or other organizations outside of the Les Schwab family as required by or permitted by law. For example, we may share personal information to:

- Respond to a subpoena; or
- Service your account.
